Terms and Conditions of Use

ToDo Hydro provides a personalized subscription service that allows our members to access educational and informational content (“ToDo Hydro Content”) over the Internet on computers and other Internet-connected devices.

These Terms of Use govern your use of our service. As used in these Terms of Use, “ToDo Hydro Service”, “our Service”, or “the Service” refers to the personalized service provided by ToDo Hydro to discover and access ToDo Hydro Content, including all features, functionalities, recommendations, reviews, our website, user interfaces, and all content and software associated with our Service.

1. Membership

1.1. Your ToDo Hydro subscription will continue until you cancel it. To use the ToDo Hydro Service, you must have Internet access and a ToDo Hydro-compatible device, and provide one or more valid Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, which may be updated from time to time and may involve third-party payment processing. Unless you cancel your subscription before the billing date, you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for the next billing cycle.

1.2. We may offer various membership plans, including those offered through third parties along with their products or services. We are not responsible for the products or services provided by such third parties. Some membership plans may have differing terms and limitations, which will be disclosed to you at signup or in other communications. You may find specific details regarding your ToDo Hydro membership by visiting ToDoHydro.com and clicking the “My Subscription” link.

1.3. Promotional Offers. From time to time, we may offer promotional or introductory offers (“Offers”). Eligibility for Offers is determined solely by ToDo Hydro. We reserve the right to revoke an Offer and suspend accounts if we determine ineligibility, misuse, or fraud. To determine eligibility, we may use information such as device IDs, payment methods, or email addresses associated with existing or recent memberships.

2. Billing and Cancellation

2.1. Billing Cycle. Membership fees and any other charges incurred in connection with your use of the Service (such as taxes and transaction fees) will be charged to your Payment Method on the billing date indicated in your “My Subscription” page. Your billing cycle may change due to changes in your subscription, failed charges, or calendar variations.

2.2. Payment Methods. If your primary Payment Method cannot be charged, you authorize us to charge any other Payment Method on file. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. Your payment provider may charge additional fees such as international transaction fees.

2.3. Updating Payment Information. You can update your payment information in the “My Subscription” section. After any update, you authorize us to continue charging the updated Payment Method.

2.4. Cancellation. You may cancel your ToDo Hydro subscription at any time. Cancellation must be initiated by emailing help@todohydro.com from the email used to register the account. You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

2.5. Price Changes. We may change subscription prices or plan features with at least 30 days’ notice.

3. ToDo Hydro Service

3.1. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. Minors may use the Service only under active adult supervision.

3.2. The Service and all content accessed through it are for personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with individuals outside your household.

3.3. Content availability varies by geographic location and may change periodically.

3.4. ToDo Hydro continuously updates its Service, including catalog, website, functionality, and user interface.

3.5. Some content may be available for temporary offline download (“Offline Courses”), subject to device and location restrictions.

3.6. You agree not to: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, perform, broadcast, reverse engineer, circumvent security features, use bots/scrapers, or otherwise misuse the Service.

3.7. Use of the Service may require third-party software subject to third-party licenses. You may automatically receive updated versions.

4. Account Security

The account holder is responsible for all activity associated with the account. Do not share your password or payment details. We may suspend or terminate accounts to prevent fraud or unauthorized activity.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific results, including agricultural or production outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToDo Hydro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including crop failure, system installation issues, financial loss, contamination, or business interruption.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months of subscription.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ToDo Hydro harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and legal fees arising from:

• misuse of the Service,

• violation of these Terms,

• violation of laws/regulations,

• disputes between you and third parties.

8. Miscellaneous Provisions

8.1. Unsolicited Materials. ToDo Hydro does not accept unsolicited content submissions and is not responsible for similarities with any content we develop.

8.2. Customer Support. For support, visit ToDoHydro.com or email help@todohydro.com Remote assistance is optional.

8.3. Severability. If part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.

8.4. Changes to Terms. ToDo Hydro may update these Terms. You will be notified at least 30 days before changes apply.

8.5. Electronic Communications. Account notifications are sent electronically.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming under AAA rules.

No class actions permitted. Claims may only be brought individually.
