How to use nutrients

DuoMix nutrients (A and B) are a concentrated fertilizer in two bottles.

Although it's a dual-purpose fertilizer, it's used exclusively for leafy greens. For fruit trees, we recommend applying a flowering supplement like Bloom Booster (click here to see Bloom Booster).

The table explains how many milliliters of A and B you should apply based on the plant's growth or as the weeks progress.

What happens if I apply more nutrients than indicated?
This is known as over-fertilization and can cause different types of stress in the plant, resulting in burnt or drooping leaves. Continuous over-fertilization can pose a greater risk to the plant.

What happens if I forget to apply the nutrients?
In this case, the plant will take longer to grow, but it doesn't pose any greater risk.

How to Use Macrobionic and Microbionic Nutrients

Macrobionic and microbionic nutrients are two concentrated fertilizers in solid form.

Although they function as dual-purpose fertilizers, they are specifically developed for vegetables, i.e., leafy plants. For fruit trees, the application of a flowering supplement, such as Bloom Booster (click here to see Bloom Booster), is recommended.

The table explains how many grams of Macrobionic and Microbionic you should apply based on plant growth or over the weeks.

What happens if I apply more nutrients than indicated?
This is known as over-fertilization and can produce different types of stress in the plant, causing it to have burnt or wilted leaves. Continuous excess can represent a greater risk to the plant.

What if I forget to apply the nutrients?
In this case, the plant will take longer to grow, but it does not represent any greater risk.
Week Stage Macrobionic
oz / 2.5 gal
Microbionic
oz / 2.5 gal
1 Germination 0.03 0.01
2 Germination 0.05 0.02
3 Germination 0.11 0.03
4 Growth 0.32 0.09
5 Growth 0.42 0.11
6 Growth 0.53 0.11
7 Flowering 0.37 0.12
8 Flowering 0.32 0.12
9 Flowering 0.32 0.14
Notes:
  • These values are given in ounces per 2.5 gallons (approx. 10 liters) of water or final nutrient solution.
  • Recommendation: First dissolve the solids in a small amount of warm or well-stirred water, then add them to the full 2.5 gallons while checking EC and pH levels.
  • These dosages are intended for leafy and fruiting crops in general. Adjust as needed depending on the specific plant type and growing conditions.

How to avoid water changes

This new fungicide of organic origin and 100% natural is used to prevent water changes, eliminating all bacteria, viruses and fungi that form in hydroponic systems.
