I bought a product. How do I receive it?

You have these shipping options: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

If you choose USPS, we'll notify you when your package ships, and a tracking number will be automatically included. For UPS, FedEx, and DHL, the process is the same, but your order will be delivered by a different courier service.

Where are we located?

ToDo Hydro USA warehouse is located in South Florida, USA, specifically at 4068 NE 5th Ave, FL 33334. However, we offer expedited and secure shipping to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your purchase. All products come with a warranty and free returns within 15 or 30 days of receipt depending on the product.

We also offer phone and email support in Spanish to answer any questions you may have before purchasing, as well as to provide after-sales service. How long does shipping take?

You can see the estimated delivery times when you enter your address information at checkout before paying for your order.
We ship on business days and within 48 hours.
NFT gardens may experience an additional delay of up to 24 business hours.

What shipping methods are available? What shipping service do you use?

We ship your order via USPS and other courier services the same day, and if the package is very large, we will send it with a carrier to the nearest branch.

Do they have their own courier service?

At the moment we only work with USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL directly to your door.
