  • WATERCRESS: This plant contains high levels of vitamins A, C, and K, and is rich in potassium, iron, calcium, and sodium. It helps inhibit carcinogenic substances such as those found in tobacco.

  • SWISS CHARD: One of the best vegetables you can grow because it’s available year-round and has a low cost. It is high in vitamins A and C and acts as a natural laxative

  • LETTUCE:Highly hydrating due to its high water content. It is a natural diuretic because it stimulates kidney function. It also promotes sleep and increases satiety

  • CABBAGE: In addition to containing vitamins A, C, and K, it also provides folic acid and fiber. It is believed to help eliminate hangovers, restore vitality, and aid digestion.

  • BROCCOLI: Known for its powerful antioxidant effect and for being a natural antineoplastic food. It is high in vitamins A, C, and K, as well as calcium, folic acid, and fiber, which helps regulate intestinal function.
